All sales are final. In the event of an item breaking during shipment please send an email to hello@laurensievers.com with a photo of the broken item. A refund, or selection of another item of the same monetary value will be offered. All items are packed with care and insured.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All items are handmade and therefore are subject to uniqueness. Items may vary slightly from photos such as variations in size if objects as a multiple, glaze variation is not considered a flaw; but the individual personality and characteristic of each piece.
USE & CARE
Wash any dishware before use; all dishware is dishwasher and microwave safe, unless otherwise specified. All dishware is glazed with food-safe glaze. Jewelry dishes and trays may contain nonfood safe glazes and are not recommend to be used as dishware. Check individual item listings for further details.
